Three companies, one common vision. For Qualico Communities, Bordeaux Developments Corporation and Elbow River Land Corporation, it’s natural to collaborate to bring the vision of Harmony to life. This is a partnership based on the principles of teamwork, service, and integrity.
For more than 60 years, they have been developing communities filled with pride. They understand that a solid foundation is always the key to greatness. Which is why they put strong vision, planning and ample resources behind every project.
They have created many of Calgary and Area’s great communities such as Evanston, Crestmont, Silverado and are actively working with upstart communities in Redstone and Ravenswood of Airdrie. The team at Qualico knows they are creating more than just neighborhoods. They’re developing a place where you’ll make memories so they go beyond the status quo. Qualico Communities creates communities they believe in.
A Calgary-based land developer with over 25 years of combined experience in land, housing and commercial development. Bordeaux (BDC) manages, joint ventures, or acquires interest in land and housing projects. With an established track record of leadership and integrity, they provide the highest standard of service and performance for clients, partners and investors. Their philosophy is that more great minds means more great ideas – and with this ethos, Bordeaux brings special communities to life – places to live, learn, play and grow.
Elbow River Land Corp. (ERLC)
Members of the Copithorne family were among the first settlers to establish homesteads in what is now Rocky View County, and they have played an integral role in the prosperity of this region for generations. The family of Harriette and Bill Copithorne, as ERLC, identified an opportunity to build upon their ancestors’ legacy and, as a family, chose to re-purpose some of their land and help pioneer a new era of responsible residential growth. From this dream, Harmony was born. The Copithornes continue to help guide the development of this special community that recalls traditional rural lifestyles and values.
