Chef Duncan Ly of Foreign Concept: Originally from Lethbridge, Chef Ly’s career has taken him throughout Western Canada to work at the country’s most esteemed dining establishments including Tofino’s Wickaninnish Inn, Vancouver’s Diva and in Calgary at Catch, Hotel Arts, Kensington Riverside and The Vintage Group of Restaurants. Chef Jinhee Lee of Foreign Concept: Dubbed by her peers as the “silent assassin,” Chef Jinhee Lee may be quiet but she’s proven her cooking speaks volumes. One of Avenue Calgary’s “top 5 people to watch in Calgary’s food scene”, she has earned the reputation as a fierce competitor in several Canadian culinary competitions. Most recently, Chef Jinhee created the #teamjinhee movement with fans across the country cheering her on to her third place finish in Top Chef Canada.

Chef Pierre A. Lamielle: Already an award winning author of two cookbooks, Kitchen Scraps and Alice Eats, Chef Pierre is set to release a third cookbook for kids in the fall of 2019 called The Munchy Munchy Cookbook for Kids. Chef Pierre competed on both Top Chef Canada and Chopped Canada, winning the top prize on Chopped Canada. He currently teaches cooking classes and works as the corporate chef for Subzero/Wolf in Calgary.
